We currently have
opportunity for a Contracts & Costing Coordinator in our Winnipeg office.
Responsibilities :
Monitor deduction queue for timely processing, reconciliation, and investigation
Prepare contract usage reports and support dispute resolution
Ensure accurate calculation and timely validation of rebates for payment
Generate reports on rebates for future costing exercises
Provide breakeven analysis for customers and accurate pricing quotes
Maintain / update commodity costs and prepare periodic internal and external reports
Qualifications :
Degree / diploma in finance or accounting, or relevant work experience
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work cross-functionally and explain information to various stakeholders
Proficient in MS Excel and experienced with ERP
Knowledge of commodity markets would be an asset
