As a Continuing Care Assistant(CCA), you will assistpeople in your community to live safely in their homesby supporting them with daily tasks and self-care activities.

What you’ll do :

Provide personal care to patients (ie. Grooming, dressing, bathing, etc.)

Travel from patient to patient completing several home visits per day

Prepare meals and assist with meal-time

Basichousekeeping duties

Provide companionship and supportthe well-being of patients

Assist with personal hygiene care including showering and bathing

Support for basic activities of daily living

What you bring : CCA designation

CCA designation

Experience in providing personal care is required

Access to a vehicle and a valid driver’s license and insurance is strongly preferred

Ability to pass or satisfy a Criminal Background screening upon hire
