Description
Consumer Service Technicians are employees whose primary responsibilities are the installation, maintenance and repair of services provided to residential and small business customers.
May perform installation, maintenance, repair and coin collection of payphone services.
Education Requirements :
A High School Graduation Certificate combined with one (1) year of completed post secondary education at a recognized learning institution in good academic standing
A High School Graduation Certificate combined with one (1) year of continuous related field work experience as a technician in a communications technology firm / department
