Construction Skilled Laborer Job Summary :

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Construction Skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong work ethic, a range of construction and maintenance skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform a variety of basic construction, maintenance, and repair tasks on our projects.
• Execute complex repairs as needed to ensure smooth operation of projects.
• Follow established safety rules and regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
• Set up and break down work areas, ensuring proper organization and cleanliness.
• Operate power and hand tools efficiently and safely.
• Load and unload materials as required for project completion.
• Perform general clean-up duties and other assigned tasks to contribute to overall project success.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a skilled laborer or in a related position.
• Solid understanding of basic construction and maintenance techniques.
• Proficient in the use of power and hand tools.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and strength to handle labor-intensive tasks.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
