Role Overview :

We are seeking a multi-talented Communication Proposal Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will create high-quality technical documentation and visually engaging graphics to support our Business Development efforts, engineering projects and online presence.

You will be responsible for driving the creative design, layout, schedule, and messaging of proposals, design reports, specifications, and various marketing materials.

Additionally, you will maintain our corporate presence on social media and update our website.

Responsibilities :

• Create, format, design and maintain engaging content for various marketing materials (proposals, presentations, brochures, projects sheets, CVs , user manuals, installation guides, and various marketing collateral, etc.)
• Collaborate with technical teams and business development to gather necessary content for proposals.
• Coordinate and assemble visual and written assets from various team members into comprehensive and cohesive documents.
• Ensure that all proposals are visually appealing, well-organized, and clearly convey the company’s value proposition.
• Manage proposal timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met and that submissions are completed in a timely manner.
• Design visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and diagrams to enhance documentation.
• Ensure company-wide documentation is well-organized, easy to understand, and adheres to company standards and branding.
• Update and maintain existing documentation and template as needed.
• Maintain our online social presence and update our website.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
• Brings an understanding of design theory and the ability to produce web and print-ready marketing material.
• 3-5 years of experience in proposal writing, coordination, or a related role within the engineering, architectural, or construction industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with RFP / RFQ processes and best practices in proposal development.
• Experience in graphic design or layout is a strong asset.
• Must be a Canadian Citizen or permanent resident capable of obtaining security clearance for the Canadian Controlled Goods Program.

Salary Range :

Depending on experience the salary range is : $65K - $85K per annum
