Communication Disorders Assistant Speech-Language Assistant
Pathways is a private practice offering support services to preschool and school aged children with developmental needs within an interdisciplinary team.
We offer a wide spectrum of speech and language services.
We are looking to hire an experienced Speech Assistant / Communications Disorders Assistant for Kelowna and Lake Country.

Qualifications
Communicative Disorders Assistant Degree or Speech-Language Assistant Certification.
Must be registered or eligible to be registered with Speech & Hearing BC. If you are currently working in another province, we will pay for your BC registration fees.
Experience with preschool and school aged children is preferred.
Experience working in an interdisciplinary team environment is preferred.
Responsibilities
Assessment and treatment of children 0-18 years of age, primarily preschool aged children.
Work collaboratively with team members (teachers, educational assistants, special needs assistants, etc.).
Attend IPP and ISP meetings.
Program planning.
Individual and group therapy, as well as consultation.
Parent training.
