We are currently seeking an individual contractor to fulfill the role of Commissioner in the following areas :

• Summerside
• Other locations

Reporting to the Business Process Management team, you will undertake the following :

• Meet with Lenders / customers at their Branch
• Witness and certify the validity of signatures on all mortgage and legal documents
• Ensure a positive customer service experience
• Excellent communication, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
• Very strong planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information.
• Reliable email / cell phone access.
• Access to a reliable vehicle.
• Flexibility to work on an on-call basis, available days, evenings and weekends.

Attendance required at in branch to witness / commission documents. Most appointments will be during branch business hours.
