Our client is hiring a driven, organized, and energetic Warehouse Supervisor with strong people management skills to join their Calgary team! Our client is a progressive, innovative and growing coffee distributor with showroom, warehouse and maintenance shop, providing the finest coffee equipment, espresso machines, and accessories, with a strong focus on quality, resulting in many raving fans!

This role will be managing multiple aspects of the location, which includes e-commerce and warehouse operations, as well as showroom.

Being that it is a small team, you will be helping in the warehouse and with inside sales as needed.

Salary :

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Hours of Work :

9 : 00am - 5 : 00pm, Tuesday to Friday

11 : 00am - 4 : 00pm, Saturday

Responsibilities

• Leadership of the Calgary location, e-commerce, sales and warehouse, including training, coordination and accountability of a small team.
• Development and ongoing accountability for the department as a whole, along with individual staff members.
• Evaluating the quality of service provided to customers and develop procedures to minimize customer complaints.
• Ensuring diplomacy and a sense of urgency regarding any customer service-related or operational concerns.
• Maintain up-to-date information on new equipment and tools for use by team.
• Hands-on work in the warehouse and with sales as needed.
• Ensuring adherence of companies' procedures and best practices.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of Management experience is required, preferably in e-commerce operations.
• Coffee-related interest and / or background is a strong asset.
• Proven ability as a catalyst, with the ability to motivate a team, while keeping accountable, is critical.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
• An eye for detail in process and product to spot issues and deal with them promptly.
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership skills with a high level of organization.
