Job Summary
The Team
Our administrative team is a dedicated group of professionals committed to making a positive impact on the lives of children, youth, and families in our communities.
Comprised of multiple social workers, a social worker assistant, and team assistants, this established team works collaboratively to provide services that are accessible, inclusive, and culturally respectful.
Working closely with various roles across the Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD), team members bring creativity and dedication to their work, ensuring that they meet the diverse needs of those they serve.
The Role
This role focuses on providing day-to-day program support within the social services office in Penticton.. Reporting to an Office Manager, the position involves answering phones, responding to emails, processing and preparing documents for submission and providing general information to the community that we serve.
This role allows you to use your strong administrative skills while working in a diverse, supportive environment. You'll build lasting relationships with your colleagues and the community served, all while being part of a collaborative team.

About this Position :
Flexible work options are available; this position may be able to work from home up to 1 day a week subject to an approved telework agreement.
An eligibility list may be established to fill both current and / or future permanent vacancies.
