Client Support Technician
Responsibilities :
- Address support requests from users through telephone and email, ensuring a courteous response.
- Gather and document user details and problem descriptions accurately.
- Organize and prioritize requests, escalating as necessary to higher-level technicians.
- Track and document all support interactions and resolutions.
- Utilize internet-based resources for software updates and troubleshooting information.
Must have knowledge and experience :
- Proficiency with Dell and VMware products.
- Incident response skills.
- Security background.
- Ability to travel on short notice to client sites.
