Client Support Technician

Responsibilities :

  • Address support requests from users through telephone and email, ensuring a courteous response.
  • Gather and document user details and problem descriptions accurately.
  • Organize and prioritize requests, escalating as necessary to higher-level technicians.
  • Track and document all support interactions and resolutions.
  • Utilize internet-based resources for software updates and troubleshooting information.

Must have knowledge and experience :

  • Proficiency with Dell and VMware products.
  • Incident response skills.
  • Security background.
  • Ability to travel on short notice to client sites.
