PositionPurpose :

Asa Client SuccessCoordinator you will play a keyrole in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of serviceand support.

You will be responsible for building and maintainingstrong relationships with clients understanding their needs andhelping them achieve their goals using our products or services.

This role requires excellent communication skills and a proactiveattitude. Preference will be given to Candidates basedin Edmonton Alberta as they will beresponsible for attending conferences and meetings heldthere.

Education& ProfessionalQualification :

Degree(s) / Major(s) : Bachelor or Master in a relevant field from a reputedUniversity.

Experience :

3to 4 years of proven work experience in a similarrole.

Responsibilities :

  • Actas the primary point of contact for assigned clients ensuring theirneeds are met and their expectations areexceeded.
  • Developand maintain strong longterm relationships with clientsunderstanding their business objectives and how our solutions cansupportthem.
  • Providetimely and effective support to clients resolving issues andanswering questions via email phone or virtualmeetings.
  • Monitorclient usage and engagement with our services identifyingopportunities for improvement and additionalvalue.
  • Conductregular checkins and reviews with clients to ensure they aresatisfied and to address anyconcerns.
  • Acontinuous approach to actively growing the community ofclients.
  • Collaboratewith internal teams (e.g. Sales Product Development Marketing) toadvocate for client needs and provide feedback for continuousimprovement.
  • Assistin the onboarding process for new clients ensuring a smoothtransition and successful implementation of oursolutions.
  • Developand deliver training materials resources and workshops to helpclients maximize the value of ourproducts / services.
  • Trackand report on key metrics related to client success such assatisfaction scores renewal rates and productusage.
  • Stayuptodate with industry trends and best practices to continuouslyenhance the clientexperience.

Requirements

  • Provenexperience in a clientfacing role such as Customer Success ClientSuccess Account Management orSales.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to buildrapport and trust withclients.
  • Strongproblemsolving skills and the ability to think strategically toaddress clientneeds.
  • Proficiencywith CRM software and other relevant tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpotZendesk).
  • Strongorganizational skills and attention todetail.
  • Abilityto multitask and manage multiple client accountssimultaneously.
  • Highlyadaptable and quick to learn newinformation.
  • Highlevels of tenacity and desire to go above andbeyond.
  • Stronglistening skills and ability to understand othersviewpoints.
  • Experiencein working for a Digital Marketing Agency is aplus.
  • Availabilityto work parttime hours with flexibility to accommodate clientneeds.

WorkLocation : Edmonton(Remote)

Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenuegrowth. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with theability to motivate and inspire a sales team.

Demonstratedexperience in cold calling, sales closing, and negotiatingcontracts. Solid understanding of sales strategies, techniques, andbest practices.

Managing organizational sales by developing abusiness plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.Meeting planned sales goals.

Promoting the organization andproducts. Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to ourproduct offering. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,with the ability to analyze sales data and metrics.

Excellentcommunication and presentation skills, with the ability toeffectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.

Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement andachieving measurable results.
