What you’ll do :

As a Client Services Specialist, you will play a crucial role in executing client deliverables and projects to ensure their satisfaction and strengthen our relationships with stakeholders.

Reporting to the Team Lead, Client Services, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support across various areas, including board of director support, certification and accreditation, committee administration, meeting management, and membership services.

Your dedication to excellence, attention to detail, and strong communication skills will contribute to the success of our client engagements and enhance community engagement and awareness.

How you’ll do it :

Client Satisfaction & Relationships

  • Advocate for clients by collaborating and communicating with client teams across Redstone’s departments to ensure projects are running smoothly and effectively.
  • Support volunteer committees and Boards of Directors on various projects and build trusting relationships, ensuring satisfaction with every interaction.
  • Support the events team with onsite event execution during high volume periods.

Administration

  • Manage the daily inquiries via multiple email inboxes, phone lines, and during meetings for a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Provide board and committee meeting support, including scheduling, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Process membership renewals and registration.
  • Run client certification programs, examinations, including proctoring exams as needed and scoring and delivering test results.
  • Maintain up-to-date databases (sponsorship, attendee, membership, etc.).
  • Handle physical client mail, ensuring remaining mail items have been dealt with weekly.

Membership Engagement

  • Manage membership communications such as announcements, email campaigns, e-newsletters, and website updates.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly / monthly reporting to clients on membership, engagement, etc.

You’ll thrive in this role if :

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Business, Communications, Event Management, Not-for-Profit Management, or a related field.
  • You have 1-2+ years of experience in a client-facing role in either administration, corporate events including meetings and conferences, or project coordination
  • You are bilingual in English / French (preferred), with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

Serious bonus points if :

You have experience working at an agency, not-for-profit, or association management company.

Compensation :

$52,500 - $60,775.31 base salary based on experience.
