Our team of life insurance advisors focuses solely on meeting with clients and providing expert advice. To make this possible, we have developed a streamlined process that removes the burden of lead generation and scheduling from our advisors.

These tasks will be managed by our dedicated Client Relationship Representative .

This is where you come in.

As our Client Relationship Representative, you will be central to our growth strategy. Your role is to ensure that our advisors' calendars are consistently filled with qualified appointments.

You’ll be responsible for generating leads, managing telemarketers, following up on referrals, and attending networking events all while making a lasting first impression on potential clients.

There will be no selling on your part involved - that's the advisor's job. You merely need to manage the prospects and book the meetings and handle the marketing.

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO

As our Client Relationship Representative, your primary goal is to keep our advisors’ calendars full by managing the entire process of lead generation, qualification, and scheduling.

You'll also handle the administrative tasks that ensure our systems and transitions run smoothly.

Lead Generation & Business Development

  • Attend Networking Events : Represent our company at marketing and networking events, including BNI groups, to generate leads and build strong business relationships.
  • Engage on Social Media : Build a professional and engaging presence on LinkedIn and other platforms to develop new leads and foster connections with potential clients and industry professionals.
  • Follow Up on Referrals and Past Clients : Actively engage with referral leads and revisit past clients to generate new business opportunities and reacquire old ones.
  • Attend Trade Shows and Industry Events : Represent the company at trade shows and other events, using your networking skills to develop further business opportunities.
  • Oversee Telemarketers : Lead our telemarketing team, ensuring they produce quality leads and handle follow-ups efficiently, moving leads from cold to warm.
  • Screen and Qualify Leads : Act as the gatekeeper by screening leads and ensuring they are qualified before booking appointments.

You’ll use intake questionnaires to assess their needs and readiness.

Administrative & Organizational Tasks

  • CRM Management : Keep our CRM system organized and updated, ensuring all leads are properly categorized, tracked, and followed up on to maintain an active pipeline.
  • Manage Client Transitions from Purchased Books of Business : When we acquire books of business from other advisors, you will manage the client transition process by :
  • Entering new clients into the CRM
  • Coordinating with all relevant parties for a seamless transition
  • Contacting new clients to schedule their first meeting
  • Ensuring advisors' schedules remain full while building relationships with these new clients
  • Coordinate with Advisors : Ensure advisors focus solely on client appointments by managing their schedules, similar to a doctor’s office setup, where advisors arrive to pre-scheduled, qualified meetings.
  • Provide Strategic Insights : Offer recommendations on how to optimize our lead generation efforts, such as improvements to the website’s lead capture and exploring new opportunities for growth.
