We are seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to join our Edmonton team. You will be an expert on Alinity™ and a play a lead role in training customers and providing advice to enable them to get the most out of the system.
You will also be responsible for developing training materials and contributing to the continuous improvement of our training process and our products.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills with a genuine passion for ensuring customer success.
To be considered for this role you MUST be a citizen or permanent resident of Canada. Our preferred location for this role is Edmonton, Alberta.
You will :
Develop expert level skills in our core product, Alinity™
Deliver training sessions to customers using webinars and one-on-one online training
Work with our technical writer to create and refine training resources
Manage scheduling of the training process and coordinate technical team lead to provide clients with an exceptional end-to-end implementation and onboarding experience.
Apply your business acumen to develop a deep understanding of customer requirements and develop training scenarios that closely match customer scenarios
Work with the technical team to identify gaps in functionality that may need to be addressed through customization of the product
Support customers after the on-boarding process with supplemental training as required
Required Skills and Experience :
Experience in any regulatory field would be a plus.
