Client Care Associate

As a Client Care Associate with Western Financial Group, you will use your customer service skills to support our Auto insurance customers and generate referrals for other insurance needs,

Here is what a typical day looks like

  • Provide quotes and sell new auto plan policies to customers
  • Manage walk-in queries, sales and up-selling of products to new and existing clients
  • Remain up to date on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance providers
  • Continue self-development through industry and training and other courses
  • Generate leads through existing clients
  • Knowledge of each Insurance Company’s products, endorsements, packages and payment plans

The value you bring

  • Solid understanding of policy wordings / coverages
  • SK Restricted Auto license an asset
  • Strong sales and presentation skills
  • Experience achieving sales targets individual and as a team
  • Well versed in navigating multiple computer programs at once

Hours : 37.5 / Week
