Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, the Chief Operating Engineer is responsible for managing, supervising, training, operating and maintaining the Energy plant in a safe condition in accordance with the Technical Standards and Safety Act (TSSA).

The successful candidate will also be accountable for safe and consistent production by maintaining adequate steam production, thermal oil and water supplies and maintenance of heaters and makeup air units in order to supply the plant's energy requirements.
