We are currently looking for a Cards Growth Specialist for our Cards and Payments Department.

Under the direction of the Senior Manager Cards Growth, this position is accountable for supporting all card related product sales, growth opportunity and business development activities associated with the overall Cards strategies, annual financial targets and leading the execution of the sales programs and plans necessary to meet the business unit objectives.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Develop activities, plans and KPIs to achieve growth results and maintenance support of the sales programs / plans
Ensure clear understanding amongst all internal / external partners on the what, why, when, who, and how for each initiative.
Provide adequate lead time and support to run the campaigns / offers efficiently and seamlessly
Ensuring that campaign results are accurately designed and measured using the right metrics, that campaign results are analyzed and documented upon conclusion of the initiative and lessons learned are applied for continuous improvement of future campaign / offer initiatives.
Collect and maintain data (attributes, results, factors) for future use
Requirements
Experience :
Education and Training :
Relevant degree in Marketing or Business, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
