We are looking for Call Representatives to join the team!

Working Hours :

• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

Responsibilities and Duties :

• You will be conducting telephone surveys to our clients about customer satisfaction, home improvement issues, and more
• Work closely with our quality control team to ensure opinions and data are collected in a neutral and unbiased manner
• Adhere to the staffing schedule

Qualifications :

• A basic understanding of computers, would be an asset.
• Excellent English communication skills, able to articulate pronunciations of difficult words

Job Types : Full-time, Casual

Salary : $15.50 - $20.50 per hour plus full benefits and regular weekly bonuses

Schedule :

6 - 8 hour shift

Education :

Secondary School (preferred)

Training : We will provide full training NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY.
