We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and experienced Business Domain Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Consultant for Capital Markets to join our dynamic team.

This role requires a deep understanding of capital markets, including trading, risk management, compliance, and market operations.

The successful candidate will provide expert advice and insights, helping our clients make informed decisions and achieve their strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Advisory : Provide expert advice on capital markets strategies, trends, and best practices to clients and internal teams.
  • Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities and risks within the capital markets domain.
  • Project Management : Lead and manage projects related to capital markets, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client specifications.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Engage with key stakeholders, including clients, regulators, and industry bodies, to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Compliance and Risk Management : Ensure that all recommendations and strategies comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Training and Development : Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the knowledge and skills of clients and internal teams.
  • Documentation : Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation to support project findings and recommendations.
  • Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes to continuously improve service offerings.

Requirements

Education :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, FRM) is preferred.

Experience :

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in capital markets, including roles in trading, risk management, compliance, or consulting.

Technical Skills :

Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and relevant software / tools (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters, Excel).

Regulatory Knowledge :

Strong understanding of capital markets regulations and industry standards.

Communication Skills :

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.

Analytical Skills :

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.

Leadership Skills :

Proven ability to lead and manage projects and teams effectively.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work outputs.
