Connect6 Group is looking to add to our expanding team! We are currently looking for a Payment Solutions B2B Business Development Representative who will be working alongside working with our newest client called Paystone and will be responsible for selling payment processing, value-added services and solutions offered by our client.
Paystone offers a full suite of merchant services, including credit and debit card acceptance, POS terminals, gift and loyalty card programs, to save money and increase business for Small, medium and large-scale businesses.

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative for merchant services.
As a business development rep you will be responsible for selling our products and services to business owners and decision makers.
Your duties will include prospecting, presenting our offerings, closing deals, filling our necessary paperwork, and getting the necessary business documents from each merchant.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Prospecting new clients that have been determined to be national size prospects
Selling a range of products and services offered by our clients to meet the needs and requirements of net new businesses.
Creating proposals and presentations targeted at solving business needs of prospects.
Negotiating pricing, contract terms and conditions to ensure that pricing and terms reflect the achievement of corporate goals.
Utilizing a consultative sales approach, proactively consult with clients, ensuring achievement of individual financial goals and targets driven from organization goals and targets.
Staying current and educating clients on industry trends, competition, competitive issues and products.
REQUIREMENTS :
Degree in Business, or Marketing field.
Great selling and interpersonal skills, and communication
Minimum 2-3 years experience in cold calling and prospecting
Self-started and fast learner
Experience in merchant sales is highly preferred
Computer literacy a must
Good skills in math and numbers
5 years of business development experience with a track record of strong sales results.
Demonstrated track record of developing client relationships
Strong client-service orientation, negotiation and communication skills, and networking abilities.
Industry knowledge to understand the payments market and various business and pricing models is considered an asset.
COMPENSATION :
Salary to be negotiated based on experience.
Base salary plus sales commissions and bonuses
