Position Summary
Northern Health is looking for an experienced, highly efficient, and self-directed permanent part time Biologics Product Monitor to support the Population & Public Health department.
The Biologics Product Monitor (BPM) functions as a member of the interprofessional team while working in partnership with the Regional CD Team and Biological team members.
The BPM provides both operational and administrative support and is responsible for their local NH immunization programs and Community Vaccine Providers (CVPs) access to vaccines and order schedules and maintains relationships with local immunizing partners.
The BPM is responsible for vaccine inventory management for each Interprofessional Team and is a key team member regarding the planning and execution of local immunization programs.
The BPM works in partnership with a designated back up BPM at their health unit for all vaccine tasks and planning. The BPM also maintains regular communication with the Regional CD Biologics team members and IPT Team Lead (or designate).
Shift Rotation / Hours of work : Days, 08 : 30 to 16 : 30 (Rotating)
Fort St. John Hospital and Health Centre has 44 Acute Care beds and 124 residential beds and is equipped to handle 22,000 ER visits per year.

There are seven elementary schools, two middle schools, and one secondary school. There is also a Northern Lights College campus.
