Our Billings Clerk will have a focus on collections and customer service tasks related to billing, as well as some administrative tasks such as processing authorizations, creating invoices and sending out invoices.

Details Of The Role

• 40 hours per week Hybrid remote
• Inbound and Outbound phone calls related to customer billing questions and collections
• Updating and entering information into our CRM and Billing software.
• Processing credit card authorizations
• Creating and sending Invoices
• Communicating with other departments to ensure accuracy of Invoices and Payments
• Polite and respectful demeanor with clients and employees, including over the phone and e-mail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Time management and planning skills are a must-have.
• The preferred start date would be immediate.
• Full Benefits : After three months of employment.
