Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist

CONTRACT

Montreal- Hybrid (1 to 2 days in office per week & various in person events)

Required Competencies, Experience & Education

• Proven 10+ years’ experience with full life cycle recruiting of technology and consulting roles, including : sourcing, screening, interviewing, closing candidates
• Bilingual in French and English
• Experience with FTE and Contractor hiring
• Proficient with various searching techniques and have worked on popular internet job portals
• Experience recruiting in complex, matrix environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English language
• Proven ability to work in a deadline driven environment and handle multiple projects and aggressive timelines simultaneously
• Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Possesses / develops basic understanding of market trends and competitors
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, changeable and ambiguous work environment

Preferred Experience :

• Experience working within a Fortune 500 global organization
• Handle a small team of 3-5 Recruiters onsite / onshore
