Position Overview :

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing administrative functions, ensuring efficient operations and excellent patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee daily office operations and maintain a professional clinic environment
  • Manage patient records, appointment scheduling, and follow-up communications
  • Process billing, insurance claims, and payments
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies
  • Provide administrative support to dental staff as needed
  • Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Handling, and sterilization of dental instruments

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in office administration or a similar role, preferably in a dental or health care setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge in dental software
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
  • English, French speaking and writing, Russian and Ukrainian speaking as asset
