On Behalf of our client, Leading Transportation company in Quebec . Protrans Personnel Services, is currently looking for an Midnight Dispatcher

What's In It for You?

• Pay Rate : $23 - $24 / hour
• Hours of Work :
• 23pm-7am
• Location : Dorval (Near Montreal Airport)
• Paid Weekly on Fridays!

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 Year experience in a Dispatcher or similar role, or applicable education equivalent
• Comfortable using multiple software programs to navigate and troubleshoot customer shipping scenarios
• Ability to communicate (speak & comprehend) English clearly & proficiently
• Must be Bilingual (French & English)

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day communication, via phone and handheld, with an assigned fleet of drivers to ensure proper load instructions are passed along and carried out
• Line uploads to ensure the best time efficiency and load factor
• Manage service concerns, as required, to limit exposure and minimize impact to the customer
• Coordinate maintenance to city tractors and trailers
• Assist other dispatch staff as required during spikes in workload
• Assist other dispatch staff as required by preparing and analyzing various reports as required.
