Job Description

We are looking for afternoon / night shift Customs Specialists. Duties will include :

• Ensure that cargo reporting is processed accurately and in a timely manner via emanifest with CBSA and US CBP
• Ensure in-bond shipments get cleared
• Obtain broker information
• Ensure all necessary documentation is reviewed and approved for carrier paps and pars submission with Customs brokers across North America so that customer requirements are met in terms of freight being delivered on time

Qualifications

Successful candidates must meet the following requirements :

• Must be bilingual French & English both written and verbal.
• Computer literate
• Works well in a team environment
• Great communications skills
• Reliable
• Great organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Transportation experience is an asset
• Customs experience is required.
