Tenure : Full-Time, Contract
Location : Brampton, ON
Hours : 8 am - 8pm (Shifts will be scheduled during these hours)
Pay Rate : $21.37 / hr.
Responsibilities :
- Respond to inbound customer calls, addressing inquiries about package locations and ensuring clear and helpful communication.
- Document call details accurately and maintain records of customer interactions.
- Maintain a typing speed of at least 30 words per minute to ensure timely and efficient documentation.
- Use computer systems effectively to navigate, track, and document information related to customer queries.
- Uphold a high standard of customer service by demonstrating patience, clarity, and a strong customer focus.
Qualifications :
- Bilingual fluency in English and French (required).
- Basic computer proficiency, with the ability to navigate and document information efficiently.
- Typing speed of at least 30 wpm.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is an asset.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and empathetically.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills to manage call documentation and information tracking.
