Insight Global's client is a Canadian provider of luxury bathroom products. They are based out of Montreal as well as have several other centers across Canada and the US.

We are looking for a talented Customer Service Representative to join their growing team 5 days a week onsite, Monday-Friday in their Montreal headquarters from 8AM-4 : 30PM.

Capture required data and process through appropriate systems. Collaborate with other departments to ensure speedy issue resolutions.

Help in the resolution of issues with products or services by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.

Contribute to the organizational success of the company by ensuring customer satisfaction, and team cooperation. Cooperate with other departments when needed.

$40,000 to $45,000 per year annual salary.
