Qualification & Skills :
Qualification :
Graduate in any Stream. (Commerce Graduates would be preferred)
Desired Skills :
- Good knowledge of Customer Service- Order to Cash
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to comprehend, assess and analyse the customer’s issue and provide appropriate resolution
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members or other departments
Technical Skills :
Working knowledge of SAP / Oracle, Workflow tools, MS Office
Language Proficiency :
Excellent Canadian French & English- Writing / Listening / Speaking
Shift Time :
Monday Friday (Flexible between 7 : 00 AM EST to 7 : 30 PM EST)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle customer interactions (telephonic / electronic)
- Maintain quality of customer interaction through empathic listening, comprehension, accurate analysis of the customer’s need and providing resolutions within defined timelines
- Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to resolve disputes per agreed timelines
- Ensure all service requests are handled in accordance to agreed metrics
