Overview :
This role is dedicated to strengthening the company's sales efforts, acting as a liaison with customers and serving as the main support framework within the organization.
Its aim is to set a high standard of excellence by delivering exceptional service and proactive support across departments, with a continual focus on improving efficiency.
Here’s what you’ll do :
- Address inquiries through phone or email
- Manage resolution of disputes
- Collaborate with various departments to guarantee order completion
- Process orders
- Consistent follow through on commitments made to customers
- Support other team members as needed
- Monitor orders and notify about unavailable stock
Here’s what you’ll need to be successful :
- High school diploma required (post-secondary education is preferred)
- Great communication skills in English and French
- Strong team player and communicator
- Customer centric
- Strong sense of ownership, pride and accountability to their job
- 2+ years of customer service experience
