This role is dedicated to strengthening the company's sales efforts, acting as a liaison with customers and serving as the main support framework within the organization.

Its aim is to set a high standard of excellence by delivering exceptional service and proactive support across departments, with a continual focus on improving efficiency.

Here’s what you’ll do :

  • Address inquiries through phone or email
  • Manage resolution of disputes
  • Collaborate with various departments to guarantee order completion
  • Process orders
  • Consistent follow through on commitments made to customers
  • Support other team members as needed
  • Monitor orders and notify about unavailable stock

Here’s what you’ll need to be successful :

  • High school diploma required (post-secondary education is preferred)
  • Great communication skills in English and French
  • Strong team player and communicator
  • Customer centric
  • Strong sense of ownership, pride and accountability to their job
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
