Position : Bilingual Customer Service Representatives

Location : Downtown Ottawa, ON (on-site)

Salary : $20.50 - $22.00 per hour + 4% vacation pay per hour (paid weekly)

What you will do :

• Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and online chat requests from customers
• Provide comprehensive assistance and information on company policies
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and share knowledge
• Perform various administrative tasks as needed

Skills required :

• Prior experience in customer support roles
• Proficiency in using various communication methods such as email, telephone, video calls, and chat
• Fluency in both English and French
• Ability to obtain an Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance (5 years in Canada)
