Key Responsibilities :
- Manage customer and manufacturer data
- Provide level 1 customer support
- Assist in onboarding new clients and products

- Back up the Director of Customer Service as needed
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in supply chain or customer service (Order Desk)
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Proficiency with technology and systems
- Bilingual in French essential
