Position : Customer Service / Collections Representative

Salary : $22 - $24 per hour

Role Classification : Fully Remote

Language : Bilingual (English and French)

Contract Term : 6 Months + Required Qualifications :

Responsibilities :

Manage outgoing and incoming calls to resolve delinquent cases. Maintain telephone / email follow-up with clients. Complete administrative tasks associated with received calls.

Education :

College Diploma (DEC)

Experience :

At least one year of experience in a customer service role. Two to three years of experience in a role that requires interaction / negotiation with clients over the phone.

Competencies :

• Bilingual : Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and French.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of the financial industry is a strong asset

Work Schedule :

• Day shift : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM; and at least one day per week from 9 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM.
