Our client in Peel Region , ON is actively looking for a Bilingual Collector to join their team.

Position Description :

• Conducting collection calls
• Deal with customers who have overdue accounts
• Assessing customer risk and mitigation
• Credit Information and credit limits
• Mainting relations with customers
• Meeting KPIs

Skills & Qualifications :

• years of bilingual collections experience
• Intermediate to advanced excel skills
• Great communication skills
