Job Summary : We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual Customer Service Representative to support the Mutual Fund Companies we represent.
In this role, you will be responsible for responding to incoming inquiries from advisors, providing exceptional back-office support, and ensuring seamless operations for our mutual fund clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to Incoming Inquiries : Address advisor inquiries on behalf of the Mutual Fund Companies we represent, providing accurate and timely information regarding mutual fund products and services.
- Back Office Support : Provide operational support, ensuring all necessary processes and procedures are followed to meet client needs.
- Use of Software & Tools : Utilize Unitrax and Outlook to process requests, communicate with advisors, and maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Collaboration : Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a smooth flow of information and maintain high service levels.
- Language Support : Provide services in both English and French, assisting clients in the language of their preference.
Essential Skills and Qualifications :
- Bilingual Proficiency : Fluent in English and French , both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with advisors and clients.
- Mutual Fund Knowledge : Solid understanding of mutual fund products and back-office operations.
- Technical Skills : Proficient in using Unitrax for tracking and processing transactions, as well as Outlook for communication and scheduling.
Nice-to-Have Skills and Experience :
- Mutual Fund Operations : Knowledge or experience in mutual fund operations, including registered products.
- Financial Education / Certifications : Any background in financial courses or certifications would be an asset.
Work Environment :
- This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility in your work setup.
- The position is remote ; however, the team’s headquarters is located at 155 Wellington Street West, 3rd Floor .
Personal Equipment Requirements :
The selected candidate will need to provide their own equipment, such as a laptop, to carry out daily duties remotely.
