The private seniors' residence Le St-Augustin is looking for three people to fill part-time positions as beneficiary attendants LOI 90.

Candidates must have a DEP beneficiary attendant or RAC certificate or 5000 hours accumulated over the last 5 years in the position of PAB + RCR 16H up to date + PDSB completed.

POSITION DESCRIPTION :

Schedule :

• a 4 / 14 day position
• a 4 / 14 evening position
• a 2 / 14 night position

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Adhere to standards and regulations in accordance with private seniors' home certification and employer policies
• Administer medication in accordance with safety principles and the codes of ethics
• Answering call bells
• Assist and / or accompany residents in getting around
• Contribute to the adjustment of a residents' action plan based on their observations
• In collaboration with the different teams, carry out health and hygienic care to the residents while maintaining their dignity and integrity .
• Proactively assist and support the residents
• Respond to all emergency situations
• While interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the on-call nurse.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS :

• PDSB training
• Up to date CPR / AED training certificates
