What you will bedoing :

• Consistentlyoffer professional friendly and engagingservice
• Mix drinks and control the beveragestock as per guidelines
• Take orders and deliverfood & beverage items in a promptmanner
• Maintain knowledge of all food andbeverage menu items and offerings including ingredients andpreparation methods in order to assist with menu selections andvarious dietary requirements in an informative and helpfulway
• Maintain accurate guest checks / folios andutilize upsell opportunities whenpossible
• Follow outlet policiesprocedures and service standards
• Follow allsafety and sanitation policies when handling food andbeverage

Qualifications :

Yourexperience and skillsinclude :

• Previousbartending experience minimum 1 year and previous food &beverage service experience in a similar setting isrequired
• Valid Alberta ProServe certificationis required
• Mixology knowledge and skillspreferred
• Previous point of sale systemexperience an asset
• Excellent knowledge of allbeverage products
• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills as well as proven organizational and problemsolving abilities
• Highly responsible &reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure ina fast paced environment as well as the ability to workcohesively with fellow colleagues as part of ateam
• Ability to focus attention on guest needsremaining calm and courteous at alltime
