Job summary
To provide the Trust's clinical staff with effective, efficient andconfidential administration and clerical services as part of thesecretarial team.
To contribute to the smooth running of the serviceby the accurate inputting of data to the department's clientinformation system, and prepare reports as required.
To processreferrals efficiently according to standard administrative proceduresand to support and maintain communications and recordingprocedures as required.
Main duties of the job
CWP Temporary Staffing Service is seeking to recruit staff to work in a variety of placements across the Trust, working in locations in East Cheshire, West Cheshire and Wirral.
We are looking for experienced PAs, Medical and Team Secretaries, Typists, and audio typists who are able to be flexible on a temporary 'as and when' basis.
Our placements usually vary between 3 to 5 days per week and we offer weekly pay.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication and administrative skills, who has a friendly telephone manner and can work flexibly as part of a team.
Experience of dealing with the public and NHS experience are preferable, but not essential. The successful candidates should have a good level of general education to GCSE level grade C or equivalent and should have RSA II word processing qualification or equivalent ECDL and Microsoft Office skills.
In-house training will be provided on all trust systems and opportunities for further learning is available.
