About

Responsibilities :

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s customer base.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and emerging opportunities to senior management.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company and expand professional networks.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for new clients.

Qualifications :

  • Post-Secondary Education in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • 2+ years in a B2B sales role.
  • Proven tenacity and drive to create new business and meet / exceed targets.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Flexible approach to work with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
