Job Description

We are looking for dedicated AZ drivers to join our short haul team in Port Sydney, Muskoka starting on Sunday nights and returning mid-day Friday.

You will be required to sleep in the truck bunk during hauls . You will be responsible for safely transporting materials across Northern and Sourthern Ontario.

What you'll be responsible for :

• Safely operating an AZ truck and trailer transporting materials to various locations
• Conducting thorough pre and post trip inspections of the vehicle
• Safely loading and unloading materials, ensuring load security
• Following assigned routes and schedules, adapting to environmental or route changes
• Performing manual tarping on loads when necessary

Qualifications

What you'll need :

• Valid AZ drivers license with a clean CVOR and drivers abstract
• Experience operating 18 speed manual transmission is preferred
• Minimum 3 years experience as an AZ driver in a similar role
• Must be physically able to perform repetitive lifting up to 50lbs
• Must be comfortable sleeping in truck bunk during hauls
