Your Role :

As an Automotive Service Advisor , you will be the bridge between our customers and service technicians, ensuring seamless communication and top-tier service.

• Customer Engagement : Listen to customer concerns and provide expert service advice.
• Efficient Scheduling : Coordinate service appointments and keep customers updated on their vehicle’s status.
• Customer Education : Explain recommended services and maintenance schedules in a clear and professional manner.
• Upsell Opportunities : Introduce promotions and service packages to boost customer satisfaction and value.

What We're Looking For :

• Experience : Previous experience as a Service Advisor is a must!
• Communication Skills : You excel in engaging with customers and providing exceptional service.
• Automotive Knowledge : You understand the ins and outs of vehicle services and maintenance.
• Background & Driver's Abstract : A clean driver’s abstract and successful background check are required.
