Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Interaction : Engage with customers to understand their vehicle concerns and assist them in selecting the right automotive parts, offering clear service recommendations.
- Order & Inventory Management : Efficiently manage parts inventory, place orders, and ensure timely deliveries, while also scheduling service appointments.
- Technical Assistance : Provide technical advice and support to both customers and service technicians.
- Customer Education : Explain recommended services, maintenance schedules, and the benefits of routine care while offering expertise on part compatibility.
- Upselling & Promotions : Inform customers about available promotions, service packages, and additional services, maximizing customer value.
- Customer Service Excellence : Address customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a seamless service experience.
Requirements :
- Experience : Previous experience as a Service Advisor and / or Parts Advisor in a dealership or aftermarket setting is essential.
- Customer Service Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to create a positive and seamless customer experience.
- Industry Knowledge : Solid understanding of automotive services, maintenance practices, and parts functions.
- Background Check & Driver's Abstract : A successful background check and a clean driver's abstract are required.
- Preferred CDK Experience : Knowledge of CDK systems is a plus.
