What You’ll Do :

• Order Management : Keep things running smoothly by managing parts inventory, placing orders, and ensuring parts arrive on time.
• Technical Assistance : Support both customers and service technicians with technical advice and expertise that ensures the job gets done right.
• Customer Service Excellence : Resolve issues with a smile, ensuring every customer leaves with a great experience and exactly what they need.

What We’re Looking For :

• Experience : Previous experience in a dealership or as an Aftermarket Parts Advisor is a must.
• Customer Service Skills : Stellar communication and people skills to build positive customer relationships.
• Industry Knowledge : A solid understanding of automotive parts, functions, and compatibility you know your stuff!
• Background Check : A clean record, including a successful background check.
• Driver’s Abstract : A clean driver’s abstract is required.
• Preferred : CDK experience is a plus.
