How you will make contributions that matter...

Under the responsibility of the Production Supervisor, the incumbent will be responsible for sanitation of the wet and dry packaging areas, coolers and the equipment used in the cheese making process.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Focus on quality and customer satisfaction while complying with all policies and procedures of the Health and Safety and Food Safety program regulations
  • Rinse, wash, and sanitize all equipment and utensils and facility areas including sweep and mop of floors, doors and sinks used daily in Wet and dry Packaging
  • Rinse and foam the production areas and coolers
  • Wash and sanitize spice bins, vacuum machines and labelling equipment
  • Accurate completion of all required documents and sanitation procedures

You are best suited for the role if you

  • Food / dairy / manufacturing experience an asset
  • Proven ability to handle physically demanding work
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and good communication skills
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
