With a focus on maximizing sales, you'll guide the team on the sales floor and ensure the store runs smoothly by following Showcase’s policies and procedures.

What you’ll be doing :

• Recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent
• Bringing passion and energy, with expert product knowledge
• Creating a fun and interactive environment with in-store demos
• Ensuring your team meets sales goals and key performance metrics
• Executing company standards in all store operations

What You Need to Succeed :

• At least two years of management experience in a retail environment
• High customer focus with clear and engaging communication skills
• Ability to coach and inspire top performers
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
• Experience with demonstrations is an asset
• And most importantly... FUN!
