Job Description
In this role you will be responsible for :
- Effectively support the overall objectives of the Store including providing an exceptional level of customer service
- Assist with sales initiatives and develop strategies to increase retail sales
- Assist Store Manager in developing and motivating team members to help them reach their personal and career growth goals
- Support the Store Manager in managing the assets of the store including participating in regular inventories and keeping the store stocked and tidy
- Attends and participates in regular communication meetings held by the Store Manager
Qualifications
To join our team, you need :
- 3 - 5 years management experience in retail / wholesale including but not limited to operations, customer service, people management and health and safety
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
