APPOINTMENT COORDINATOR

  • Make outgoing calls for Service Appointments / No show.
  • Answer to incoming calls (make service appointment / direct call to correct department or person)
  • If the customer does not answer, leave a clear message for him to call us back to make the appointment.
  • Toyota Recall Campaigns If the customer answers, follow the above procedures (Making Calls - Service / Interviews). If the customer does not answer, leave a clear message for the customer to call us back to make the appointment.
  • TIRE PERIODS : Make the Calls - Tire Storage List & Tire List (non-stored)
  • Sense of organization and planning.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
