- Answer to incoming calls (make service appointment / direct call to correct department or person)
- If the customer does not answer, leave a clear message for him to call us back to make the appointment.
- Toyota Recall Campaigns If the customer answers, follow the above procedures (Making Calls - Service / Interviews). If the customer does not answer, leave a clear message for the customer to call us back to make the appointment.
- TIRE PERIODS : Make the Calls - Tire Storage List & Tire List (non-stored)
- Sense of organization and planning.
- Excellent communication skills.
