SUMMARY OF POSITION :
- The Service Advisor is responsible for the strategic direction and leadership of the service department which includes technicians, mechanics, shop repair and service administration.
- Oversees the development and direction of the service team to drive the growth of revenue, technical productivity and promote high quality customer satisfaction
- Oversee and manage the service department’s operations and scheduling to ensure completion of shop maintenance and repair work.
- Address customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous, professional manner.
- Provide accurate estimates for service jobs and review and finalize all work orders or invoices for billing to customers.
- Organize and control expenses to meet budget expectations.
