About

Job Profile :

  • Develop strategies to optimize Agency Models (Insurance Manager / Distribution Manager / Life Portfolio Manager) across geographies, segments, and products;
  • run data analytics to track sales performance; conduct strategic and operations planning; perform ad hoc analyses for management;

research new processes to improve operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities :

Insurance Manager / Distribution Manager / Life Portfolio Manager : Conceptualizing, designing and implementing strategic initiatives for the channel to help in Insurance Manager / Distribution Manager / Life Portfolio Manager.

Takes lead and is accountable for results from Agency Projects in areas of cost optimization and productivity growth.

  • Agency Program Design and Implementation : Designing and implementing incentives and rewards & recognition programs for the Agency Sales Team to help drive the sales force to deliver the business targets.
  • Agency Analytics : Trend analysis and channel performance analysis to facilitate management decisions making.
  • Agency Planning : Preparation of business plans and cost budgets for the channel as per company objectives. Assigning targets and KPI’s for the Sales Teams as per the overall channel plan.
  • Managing Control functions : Internal & External Audits, Compliance reviews.
  • Cross-function stakeholder management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree / MBA from a Reputed University
  • Experience in managing data and a strong understanding of Sales Processes
  • Preferable Experience : 12-15 years in insurance sector
  • Understands the needs of the Business & Customer, serves as liaison to ensure good strategic alignment of systems and strategies
  • Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, complex matrix, changing environment
  • Ability to access information technology applications to improve current business environment
  • Ability to access, assess, interpret, and draw accurate conclusions from sales and customer data
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office applications, database information
