Customer ServiceTechnician for New ResidentialDevelopments

Compensation : $40 / hour $600 / month gasallowance

Hours : 8 : 00 AM 4 : 30PM

Location : Stayner ON

We areseeking a proactive and skilled Customer ServiceTechnician to join a dynamic team on a busy newresidential construction site in Stayner.

This role offers anopportunity to work handson with new homeowners ensuring theirhomes meet the higheststandards.

What YoullDo :

• Visit homespostclosing to assess and address any reporteddeficiencies.
• Conduct repairs andtouchups both inside and outside the home. Tasks may includedrywall and taping trim work painting ceramic / hardwood repairscaulking and carpet repairs.
• Performinspections at various stages : 30day 6month 1year and 2year andcarry out necessary work in line with theseinspections.
• Collaborate daily withthe Director of Customer Service or Customer ServiceRepresentatives to review completed work and coordinate with tradesfor upcoming tasks.
• Maintain a cleanand respectful working environment ensuring positive interactionswithhomeowners.

Requirements

WhatWe re LookingFor :

• Experience : At least 5 years in residential construction with a strong grasp ofconstruction principles procedures and technicaldrawings.
• Skills : Proven handson experience in multiple trades (carpentry drywallpainting etc.) and familiarity with various tools andequipment.
• Communication : Strong ability to communicate clearly and professionally withhomeowners and teammembers.
• Independence : Ability to work independently while being a collaborative teamplayer.
• Tools &Equipment : Must have a valid driver s license own vehicleand a set of basic hand and powertools.
• Safety : Current safety certifications or a willingness to obtainthem.
• Bonus : Knowledge of the Tarion Performance Guidelines is aplus.
